Designer lipsticks at affordable prices sound too good to be true, but the new L’Oreal Color riche range is here to prove us wrong. For a limited- edition collection, L’Oreal Paris has teamed up with French designer Balmain. The result is 12 couture matte shades — for less than half the price of most designer lipsticks.
