HOW to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Jessica Biel’s shoulders

A HALTER-NECK dress showed off Jessica Biel’s toned shoulders on the red carpet recently. The 35-year-old actress maintains her figure with treadmill training, bench presses, stomach crunches and kickboxing.

‘I try to work out three times a week,’ she has said. ‘I like serious training. Lots of cardio, lots of running.’

WHAT TO TRY: Front raises are great for toning shoulders.

Stand with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart, a dumbbell or water bottle in each hand. Position your arms in front of your thighs, holding the weights parallel to the floor. Elbows should be straight, but not locked.

Lift your left arm straight in front of you, keeping the weight parallel to the floor, until it is shoulder height. Return to the start, then repeat with the right arm. Alternate like this for 30 seconds. Rest and repeat four times.
