The scruffy trainers that will set you back £600!

WITH their battered soles and faded fabric, they look like the sort of thing found in the back of the store cupboard or at a jumble sale.

But these scruffy trainers are, in fact, new and being sold by a high-end fashion brand for £600.

The shoes, which come in a range of colour combinatio­ns, are made by Balenciaga, who have painstakin­gly designed them to look worn. They will go on sale in stores later this month but have already sold out online.

 ??  ?? complex sole’. But fashion fans have been left bemused by their scuffed appearance.
