Worlds apart: Vogue’s Anna and her ex-rival

-

NO PRIZES for guessing which one is still the editor of a top fashion magazine.

U.S. Vogue editor Dame Anna Wintour, 67, was the model of sartorial elegance when she attended a fashion show in New York this week, sporting her trademark sunglasses and a long-sleeved Oscar de la Renta dress and heels.

On the other side of the country, former British Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman, 59, has swapped the catwalk for hiking.

In this image she posted online from California, she wears a blue top, leggings and trainers. ‘Unusual sight-

ing of me on a lesser spotted morning hike,’ she explained of the snap, which is less revealing than the one she bravely shared last month of herself in her swimwear.

Her old boss Nicolas Coleridge, chairman of Vogue publisher Conde Nast, still has her on his radar. ‘No bikini?’ he asked. ‘Oddly no,’ she replied.
