Is that your idea of a cover-up, Amanda?
VIEWERS may have complained when she hosted Britain’s Got Talent in a dress slashed to her navel.
But it doesn’t seem to have encouraged Amanda Holden to cover up – as last night she stepped out in a gown split from shoulder to hip.
The 46-year-old’s black frock, designed by Julien Macdonald, also had a daring thigh-high split and left both shoulders bare.
The curving cut-out down the front of her outfit highlighted her slender frame. She finished off the look with a pair of strappy silver heels, smokey eye make-up and wore her hair in loose, tousled curls.
The mother-of-two was attending the Attitude Awards in London last night. The event – which honours prominent gay Britons – was hosted by Olympic diver Tom Daley.
Prince Harry also attended the ceremony, to collect a posthumous Legacy Award on behalf of his mother, Princess Diana.
Miss Holden’s controversial wardrobe choice on a Britain’s Got Talent semi-final in June became the most complained about television moment of 2017 so far.
Her £11,000 dress – a plunging crochet number covered in sparkling stones, also designed by Macdonald – attracted 663 complaints to Ofcom.
Last year Miss Holden revealed that she stays in shape by following a fitness regime called the Viking Method. The technique involves imitating a Viking, and sees the actress pretending to swing an axe using dumbells. Her diet is also based on nuts, vegetables and good fats.
