PATENT: THE RULES

AVOID very short or skintight patent unless you want to look like a dominatrix.

DON’T be tempted by top-to-toe patent.

CONSIDER coloured patent pieces. They look much less ‘hard edge’ than black.

MIX up your textures. Wear patent with fake fur or velvet to soften it.
