CLARKE PETERS, who played the sage and steady detective Lester Freamon in the long-running TV series The Wire, joins KEN BRUCE (RADIO 2, 9.30AM) each morning this week. Clarke (pictured), whose stage work includes King Lear, Chicago and Guys And Dolls, also wrote and appeared in the hit show Five Guys Named Moe. All this week, he picks his Tracks Of My Years, opening the selection with hits by Marvin Gaye and Three Dog Night.
