Supermodel’s chips tip for fighting a cold

SUPERMODELS tend to turn their noses up at greasy food, but Erin O’Connor, who received an MBE from the Queen last month, believes it’s a good way to overcome ill health.

Clad in a black turtleneck and trousers, which she teamed with sunglasses despite being indoors, the 39-year-old beanpole tucked into an £8 portion of chips at Claridge’s in London yesterday, where she was joined by celebrated Vogue illustrator David Downton.

‘Fighting a chest infection her way . . . with chips,’ he wrote next to this picture, which he shared online.
