Hot chocolate puddings

l Calorie-controlled cooking spray l 40g caster sugar l 80g self-raising flour l 2 heaped tsp cocoa powder l 2 eggs, lightly beaten l 4 tbsp skimmed milk l 4 tsp sunflower oil l 40g white chocolate, grated PREHEAT the oven to 190c, fan 170c, gas mark 5. Mist 4 x 100ml ramekins with the cooking spray to coat. Put the sugar in a mixing bowl and sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Make a well in the centre, then beat in the eggs, milk and oil to make a smooth batter. Spoon the batter between the ramekins and bake for 12 minutes, until risen and just firm. Sprinkle over the white chocolate and serve.
