HARVEY Weinstein was slapped in the face by a diner who lambasted him over his alleged sexual abuse.

a video shows a man reportedly named steve giving the producer two backhanded slaps while shouting ‘get your f****** ass out of here... you’re a piece of s*** for f****** with those women.’ Weinstein, sporting a beard and wearing a beanie hat, was dining with a man who attempted to protect the movie mogul and shield him from the camera being used to capture the attack.
the attacker told american website tMZ he had had ‘quite a bit to drink’ before he hit the 65-yearold Hollywood producer. He said he had asked Weinstein for a photo but claimed the mogul had become belligerent and told him to leave him alone. However, the restaurant’s manager denied there was any rudeness and the two are said to have shaken hands following the incident, with steve returning to his table.
Former Miramax boss Weinstein did not call police and left the Elements restaurant, part of sanctuary Camelback Mountain resort in scottsdale, at about 9pm on tuesday. Weinstein and his wife, British fashion designer Georgina Chapman, have reportedly agreed a divorce settlement, the new York Post reported. Miss Chapman, 41, announced the split in October amid the flood of allegations against him.
the couple had a prenuptial agreement and the settlement was finalised just before they reached ten years of marriage, it was reported.
