Dumped wife of Darkest Hour director shares her heartache

AFter Darkest Hour director Joe Wright announced the end of his seven-year marriage to ravi Shankar’s daughter, Anoushka, 36, he was linked with Hollywood bombshell Haley Bennett, 30.

Luckily, Anoushka has found her own consolation.

‘For the last few years, journaling has been [a] way for me to pray and connect with myself,’ she says on social media site Instagram.

‘I’m sharing with you all, here, an entry I wrote three weeks ago; maybe some of it will resonate with you . . .

‘Dear Soul, Drink in this moonlight. Dance, my sweet Soul, dance. You are my God, and knowing you sets me free. I know I can be strong.

‘Help me to be soft. Be soft, be open, be vulnerable. Allow my yearning, allow my regrets . . . Allow my feelings to flower and then to wilt, not harden and crystallize under definitions.
