IT WAS a day of Welsh redemption in Cardiff. Rob Howley has endured fierce criticism as a Test coach, but the attack he oversees was devastating. Full back Leigh Halfpenny, damned as one-dimensional, scored two tries — after five years without touching down at international level. There were also superb displays by Gareth Davies and Cory Hill, two of the Lions’ castigated ‘Geography Six’.
