DESPERATE rugby fans are prepared to pay up to 17 times the face value of tickets for the England vs Wales match.

What a shame, then, that the crowd will include, as with all internationals, an element with virtually no interest in the action on the field. All they want is to get drunk, lark about and spoil it for others.
