Baby boomer blues

FORMER Tory minister Lord Willetts wants baby boomers to be prepared to pay extra for their care in old age.

This is to stop the snowflake generation having to cut down on their holidays abroad and designer clothing.

Well, I’ve paid for my health and social care since I started work in the Sixties. If the Government wants to cancel the whole tax system, I will gladly accept a full refund and use it to fund my own care. JOHN BOWYER,
