TODAY’S RECIPE: French martini
TREAT for the Bank Holiday. SERVES 1. Ingredients
40ml vodka
20ml Chambord liqueur
60ml pressed pineapple juice
Ice
Pineapple wedge, to serve
Method
1. Shake the vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice with ice vigorously until the pineapple juice froths up a bit, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
