THIS week: Hollywood star Emily Blunt’s decolletag­e WEARING a strapless gown on the red carpet recently, actress Emily Blunt showed off her toned decolletag­e.

The 35-year-old has taken up the martial art krav maga and danced with ballerinas to get in shape for film roles. Her stock workouts are a mix of weight training, running and circuits.

WHAT TO TRY: The floor press is a good way to tone the muscles in the decolletag­e. Lie on the floor on your back, holding a fairly heavy dumbbell in your left hand. Bend your knees, so your feet are flat on the floor, and extend your right arm out to the side, palm facing down.

Lift up the weight straight in front of you and stop when your left wrist is in line with your elbow and shoulder.

Breathe in and lower back down. Repeat 15 times. Do the same with your right arm.
