M&G EMPLOYEE ‘PUT PICTURES OF COLLEAGUE ON DIRTY WEBSITE’

-

A CITY worker posted pictures of a colleague on a porn website after she rebuffed him, a court heard.

Davide Buccheri, 25, ( pictured) was working for investment management company M&G as a fund manager’s assistant when he allegedly targeted Rebecca Baker. The Italian made ‘unwanted romantic advances’ when Baker, 22, joined as an intern in 2016, Hendon Magistrates’ Court heard.

She had a coffee with him but refused to give him her phone number the court was told, and Buccheri then mounted an ‘insidious’ campaign. Prosecutor Aimee Emby said: ‘The defendant uploaded images of Ms Baker into galleries of pornographic females similar to Ms Baker on the website. They were given names, which on at least one occasion had the name “Becca” in the title.

‘The defendant contacted the HR department using an internal whistleblowing system reporting her for inappropriate conduct.’

Buccheri denies a charge of harassment without violence. The trial continues.
