Oligarch stepping down

OLEG Deripaska has resigned as a director of EN+ Group after being targeted by US sanctions.

The Russian tycoon – who is close to the country’s leader Vladimir Putin – is also slashing his stake in the energy firm from 70pc to below 50pc. The US slapped restrictions on Russian oligarchs after the attempted murder of spy Sergei Skripal in Salisbury in March.
