Roy’s hole in one

WHAT a sterling job Cllr roy Owen is doing in repairing potholes in Caernarfon (Mail). It’s work the Highways Authority should be carrying out itself, not ordering him to stop. Why can’t it be more appreciative?

Perhaps it could supply roy with the right equipment to tamp down the Tarmac, to save him having to use his trusty mallet.
