was not the only Englishman playing brilliant golf to win in America on Sunday. Over in Michigan, Paul Broadhurst shot a finalround 63 to win the Senior PGA Championship — his second senior major since joining the over-50s set after his victory at Carnoustie in 2016. ‘I just wish I’d played like this during my days on the main tour,’ said the 52-year-old Midlander, who played in the Ryder Cup in 1991. ‘This is obviously up there with the Senior Open.
