NORRIE LIVES TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY

IT was 9.42pm last night when Cameron Norrie gleefully watched a forehand from Lucas Pouille fly long, causing their second round tie to be suspended overnight. So the British No 3 clung on against the French No 1, still hoping to cause a considerable upset. The match will resume today with Pouille leading 6-2, 6-4 5-7, but as the scoreline shows, the 22-year-old Norrie was getting closer and closer as the light faded.
