what to do

A CURTSY lunge is a brilliant workout for your bottom, says celebrity personal trainer Nadya Fairweather ( u-shape.co.uk).

Start with your feet hip-width apart. Cross your left foot back, behind the right, keeping your chest lifted, and curtsy.

Step your left foot back. Cross the right foot back. Keep most of your weight on the front leg, but don’t let your knee go over your front foot. Look ahead. Lift your chest. Try not to round your back and keep your chin up. For better posture, face your palms outwards. Do five sets of 20, with 30 second rests.

what to eat

YOUR diet can help blitz cellulite on your behind, says nutritionist Shona Wilkinson ( shonawilkinson.com). Sunflower seeds offer vitamin B6, which helps to metabolise the proteins that strengthen and repair connective tissue — this can reduce the look of cellulite. They also help to eliminate excess water and bloating, which makes cellulite more visible. Chillies are good for increasing blood flow, due to the spicy capsaicin in them. This helps to flush out the toxins that can be responsible for that ‘orange peel’ look. And, even better, dark chocolate is full of antioxidants, which break down fat.
