Well, my teenage years, along with countless millions, were spent in air-raid shelters studying for my school certificate. At 18, I enlisted for pilot training. Our brains were obliged to cope with adult life.
How old will today’s youngsters have to be before they are considered mature enough to be subjected to the rigours of exams?
