Boris’s dad: Blonds have more fun...

LAUREL and Hardy, Morecambe and Wise . . . and Johnson and Toffolo. Double acts come and go, but Boris’s father, Stanley Johnson, and Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo, who forged an unlikely friendship in the I’m A Celebrity jungle last year, seem to go on and on.

Yesterday, Stanley, 77, picked up a travel award from Boisdale Life magazine in London’s Canary Wharf, at which he was pictured entertaining Georgia, 23, and insisted on his fellow guest joining him on stage to accept the plaudits. ‘ We formed a deep and special relationship,’ former Conservative MEP Johnson told his audience, which included Count Nikolai Tolstoy and the Countess of Carnarvon.

Jungle queen Toffolo concurred. ‘When we are together, he won’t leave my side,’ she said.
