STAFF at Games Workshop have been handed a £5m bonus after a year of solid sales and profits saw the company value pass £1bn for the first time.

A total of 1,713 employees at the fantasy miniatures maker will share the payout – on average around £3,000 each – which Nottinghambased Games Workshop said is in recognition of their contribution to what is expected to be another stellar set of results.
