IN THE last match on Court 3, French No 6 seed Caroline Garcia is a wonderful player and an outside contender for the title but she will not be happy with drawing Switzerland’s Belinda Bencic in the first round. Bencic, a former world No 7, has been troubled by injury in the last two years. But she is working her way back and, at 21, has time to capitalise on her talent. Garcia was once tipped by Andy Murray as a future world No 1.
