Bullock reportedly works out for an hour a day, six days a week, also packing in yoga, conditioning work and Pilates.
WHAT TO TRY: The reverse lunge with rotation is a great waistline-shrinking move.
Start with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart, hands together and arms in front, parallel to the ground.
Step back with your left leg, dropping both knees to 90 degrees. Then, turn your body as far to the right as you can without feeling uncomfortable. Return to the centre. Repeat 12 times, then switch to the other side.
