THE North East produced another penalty shootout hero for England yesterday but this time it wasn’t Jordan Pickford making two brilliant saves but Ben Stokes! Durham’s finest was the star before Trent Bridge training. His save from Liverpool fan Moeen Ali (left) sealed a ‘Yellow Bibs’ win and saw him mobbed by team-mates.
