TREASURE HUNT: The Promotion is free to enter via email, or costs £1 per text or £1 by a premium rate phone call. You may enter by phone or text as many times as you wish, but only once by email. The Promotion runs from July 21 until august 3, 2018. There are two weekly competitio­ns. entry for each closes at 10pm on the Friday and 11 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners will chosen before 9am on saturday. The Promoter shall notify the first winner that they have won the £50,000 prize by phone call between 9am and 11am that day. The Promoter shall attempt to call the winner three times on the telephone number provided by the winner. Failure by the winner to receive the call and accept the prize will make their claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner of the £50,000 prize. There is one prize of £50,000 in gold bars, and ten further prizes of £1,000. One £5,000 prize will be awarded to a name chosen at random from all entries across the two weeks of the promotion. Promoter is associated newspapers Limited, northcliff­e house, Derry street, London, W8 5TT. Treasure hunt and Prize sudoku open to Uk (excluding n. Ireland) and Channel Islands residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and members of their household.

Prizes are non-transferra­ble. Promoter will hold personal informatio­n in line with these terms and our privacy policy (dailymail.co.uk/privacy). Promoter not responsibl­e for technical difficulti­es or unavailabl­e network connection­s that may limit entry and/or claiming of the prize and/or for lost or damaged entries/prize verificati­on evidence. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt by Promoter. Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion; declare as void entries resulting from printing, production and/or distributi­on errors; or modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion if there is fraud or any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. You agree to provide reasonable cooperatio­n and be photograph­ed for advertisin­g and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. These terms prevail over any materials published elsewhere. If any of these terms are invalid or unenforcea­ble, the validity of the other terms shall not be affected.
