A TIGHT-FITTING sage green pencil skirt revealed Jessica Alba’s toned calfs, suggesting the actress’s hard work at the gym is paying off.

Alba, 37, who gave birth to her third child earlier this year, revealed recently that she often gets up at 5.15am to fit in a workout. On Instagram she has posted shots of herself doing YogaSculpt, a yogainspir­ed full body workout. ‘If I work out four times, it’s a successful week,’ Alba said. ‘But it’s more like two to three days.’ WHAT TO TRY: The Plie Squat with Heel Raise targets the lower leg muscles. Stand with feet wide. With a weight in each hand, raise them to rest on your shoulders. Point your toes slightly outwards and lift your right heel off the floor, but keep the left foot flat with body weight pushed into your left heel — then squat. Repeat ten times on each foot.
