ARTHUR CHATTO, who set pulses racing when he attended Prince Harry’s wedding in May, is enjoying a passionate romance of his own.

I hear Lady Sarah Chatto’s son, 19, who was a page of honour to the Queen, is courting Lizzie Friend, right, a fellow student at Edinburgh University.
