TODAY’S RECIPE: Teriyaki pork meatballs
SUPER-QUICK, low-calorie supper made with a handful of ingredients. Serves: 4.
Ingredients
250g dried medium egg noodles 2 tbsp sunflower oil 12 fresh pork meatballs 300g pak choi
Method
1. Cook noodles following pack instructions. Meanwhile, put 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry meatballs for three minutes or until golden-brown all over. Lower heat and cook for a further six minutes.
2. Quarter the pak choi. Raise the heat of the pan, add pak choi and cook for three minutes. Stir through teriyaki sauce and toss everything together with the drained noodles before serving in bowls.
