SLEEPING at various hotels might sound like just another luxury in the exotic life of an actor — but Olivier Award-winning Tom Conti admits that it’s one of his biggest bugbears.

The 76-year- old, who has recently completed a UK tour of Twelve Angry Men, was asked what advice he would give his fellow thespians.

‘The vital thing is to travel with your own pillow,’ he replies.

The hygiene-conscious star explains: ‘ The hotel ones are usually filled with I-don’t-know-what, so take your own pillow.’
