Dogged by pooches

WELL done to Tim Martin, who has banned dogs from all Wetherspoons pubs (Mail).

Too many cafes and pubs allow dogs. When I have queried this with the owners on hygiene grounds, they say they can do what they like.

It’s like when smoking was permitted in restaurants and non- smokers had to put up with it.

Why should we have to eat our meals with a dog under the next table? Mrs C. PARNWELL,
