CUT BACK HELLEBORE LEAVES

-

ORIENTAL hellebores and Christmas roses will soon produce young leaves. These should not come into contact with the old leaves which could be carrying fungal diseases.

Remove all old hellebore leaves, particularly any which are infected or blackened, cutting them away at ground level. They can be safely composted along with other garden waste.
