THE incredible scale of Black Sails has rarely been more clear than in this curtain-raiser to its final season, as Flint (Toby Stephens) and his uneasy pirate alliance take the fight to Nassau. On the island, island Eleanor (Hannah New, pictured) is making the best of being the governor’s wife, however uneasily the role sits with her nature.
