(Very) modern manners

WEDDINGS are joyful occasions, but they can also put friends’ noses out of joint.

Banker Thomas ‘ Skippy’ Inskip was delighted to be invited to the whole of Princess Eugenie’s wedding after suffering an indignity at Prince Harry’s nuptials in May.

Despite being one of Harry’s oldest friends, Skippy and his wife, Lara Hughes-Young, were invited only to the ceremony and afternoon reception when he married Meghan Markle, and not to the more exclusive evening party at Frogmore House, Windsor.

‘Skippy and Lara were very upset not to be invited to the evening do as Harry and Meghan had attended all of their wedding in Jamaica last year and Harry was even an usher,’ claims a pal.

‘Particularly as Meghan’s presence at their wedding with Harry led to much unwelcome attention from the world’s media.’

Does Meghan see Skippy as a danger?

After all, he did accompany Harry on his infamous trip to Las Vegas, when the Prince was photographed naked during a game of ‘strip billiards’.
