Milking success

IN THE excerpt from Don Black’s autobiography (Mail), he writes of the composer John Barry’s champagne lifestyle after his success with the music for the Bond movies and Born Free.

I first saw John Barry and his group in 1958 in the Milk Bar opposite the Edinburgh Empire. So he was then drinking milkshakes, not fizz!
