ITV, 9pm All smiles and flicky hair, it’s impossible not to be swept along with Holly Willoughby’s enthusiasm for, well, everything. Armed with a whistle, she makes a good host here, refereeing the mainly male teams as they compete to be as blokey as possible, with little effect. This sports-based comedy panel show begins its third run tonight. As always, two teams battle to prove their sporting prowess through a series of ‘madcap’ games and funny quizzes. But mainly it’s about banter. Frank Lampard and Bradley Walsh are back as team captains, along with Frank’s regular sidekick, Romesh ‘he’s on every panel show’ Ranganathan. On Frank’s team this week is paralympic gold medallist Jonnie Peacock, and joining Bradley is Chelsea captain John Terry and Countdown’s Rachel Riley – another woman who’s used to playing the referee. And comedian Seann Walsh is back to help Holly maintain order. “I absolutely love this show, because I laugh so much,” says Holly. “We have a good old chuckle at the guests’ expense, but it’s all done in the right spirit.”
