20 cars hit in knife spree

A MOTORIST who took a knife to 20 of his neighbours’ cars after his prized BMW was damaged has been jailed for a year.

Drunk Carl Price, 40, did £15,000 of damage, slashing tyres and gouging vehicles, a court heard.

Price, of Ebbw Vale, South Wales, admitted criminal damage.

The judge at Newport crown court told him: “In a temper you went out and caused significant damage.

“A case of drink was in, wit was out.”
