A house party for sport fans

A PRIVATE equity company is turning a warehouse into a fan zone for football and rugby matches.

Norlin Ventures is renaming the space on the Boucher Road in South Belfast, currently known as South13, as Fanzone@13.

It will launch with the upcoming World Cup qualifiers in football, as well as the Irish rugby team’s clash with South Africa.
