Bond girl Dor dies aged 79
Bond-girl actress Karin Dor has died aged 79.
The German star was 007 Sean Connery’s love interest Helga Brandt in 1967’s You Only Live Twice.
She also featured in Alfred Hitchcock’s 1969 thriller Topaz and classic US crime series Ironside.
Dor had suffered a head injury in a fall in Italy last summer following a freak accident with a mum pushing a pram.
She failed to fully recover and her son has now confirmed that she died in a Munich care home on Monday.
