£465k flat is prize in raffle

A COUPLE are offering their £465,000 home as a raffle prize for £5 a ticket.

Jack and Charlotte Smith had th eir tw obedroom, third-floor flat on the market for almost a year, but found no buyers.

So the home in Greenwich, South East London, is a competition prize, which will also include stamp duty, legal fees and £50,000 to charity.

IT expert Jack, 29, said: “130,000 tickets is our maximum. Sales are slow at the moment, but we’ve sold 2,000 in two weeks.”
