Two critical in blast at home

TWO people were in critical condition last night after an explosion and fire ripped through a house.

Sabrina Burns, 37, was in the property with son Jordan Ford, 18, and three of his pals when the blast hit at teatime on Monday.

Neighbours doused the five victims with water, and one said it was a “miracle anyone walked out of the house” at Llanbradach, near Caerphilly, South Wales.

Police said two people had “life-threatening” injuries. A probe has begun.
