Exam ‘bomb’ boy, 17, held
A TEENAGE boy has been arrested after a suspected smoke bomb was let off at a school during exams.
About 20 people reported feeling unwell following the incident but needed no further treatment from paramedics.
The 17-year-old boy was questioned by police.
Builth Wells High School in Powys was evacuated and locked down and remained closed yesterday.
Head Catrin Taylor said: “The school’s priority is the health and well-being of pupils and staff.”
