PSNI disor­der warn­ing af­ter two ar­rested

TWO teenagers have been ar­rested af­ter in­ci­dents of disor­der and anti-so­cial be­hav­iour.

A 17-year-old male ar­rested on Wednesday was charged with crim­i­nal dam­age and ap­peared in court on Thurs­day.

A 14-year-old boy was ar­rested yes­ter­day and is cur­rently help­ing with po­lice with en­quiries

Chief In­spec­tor Kelly Moore said ad­di­tional re­sources are be­ing ded­i­cated to the New Lodge area in North Belfast.

She said: “Get­ting in­volved in anti-so­cial and crim­i­nal be­hav­iour at best can re­sult in a crim­i­nal record which can af­fect travel and em­ploy­ment op­por­tu­ni­ties.

“At worst, some­one could be se­ri­ously in­jured or killed.”
