Clinton girl ridiculed over his fling with White House intern

PHILIPPINES leader Rodrigo Duterte has taunted Chelsea Clinton over her father’s affair with Monica Lewinsky.

The controversial president was responding to the former US leader’s daughter condemning his “joke” about his soldiers being able to rape up to three women.
