Reds Mor likely to win chase for Alvaro

ALVARO MORATA has moved closer to joining Manchester United after his agent ruled out a switch to AC Milan.

Juanma Lopez claimed Real Madrid had rejected the Italian club’s offer, making United favourites to sign the Spain star.

Morata, who would cost £60million, is top of Jose Mourinho’s wishlist of strikers.

Asked about the possibility of Morata (above) joining United, Lopez said: “It’s a great club, a very interesting option.”
