SEARCH Fireman shields rescue dog handler from falling debris DANGER Worker with shield DEVASTATION Shell of a flat SLUR Johnson in footage BORIS Johnson has been criticised after footage resurfaced of him telling a rival complaining about fire service cuts to “get stuffed”.

The Foreign Secretary made the blunt rebuke in 2013 when he was London Mayor.

The outburst came after Labour Assembly member Andrew Dinsmore asked him: “How can cutting fire stations, cutting fire engines, cutting firefighters posts not be a reduction in fire coverage? You’ve lied to the people of London.”

Mr Johnson responded: “Oh, get stuffed.”

He apologised at the time — but London Labour MP Wes Streeting said: “The words ‘get stuffed’ pretty much sum up Boris’s attitude to all the concerns that were put to him about cuts to police and the fire service.” CLAIMS Allen with Jon Snow LILY Allen claimed she was told the Grenfell Tower death toll was “close to 150”. She criticised the response of the Government to the tragedy, alleging the numbers had been “downplayed” in a Channel 4 interview.

She told Jon Snow: “I feel like the Government is trying to micro manage people’s grieving here.

“I have never in my life seen an event like this where the death count has been downplayed...

“Seventeen? I’m sorry, but I’m hearing from people that the figure is much closer to 150.”

Allen, who went to the scene to offer help, added: “Those are off-the-record numbers I’ve been given from policemen and from firemen.” The singer, 32, later tweeted: ‘I DO think it’s political posturing, and it’s not fair. These people are suffering.”
