RED CARD FOR BT BROADBAND
BT is the most complained about broadband and TV firm. Figures from regulator Ofcom show the industry giant triggered 34 gripes per 100,000 broadband customers during the first three months of this year. BT, which broadcast the Champions League final earlier this month, also had the most complaints among pay TV providers, with 19 per 100,000 customers. Rival Sky had just two per 100,000.
